Spello is one of the most enchanting villages of the Umbrian valley, surrounded by centuries-old olive groves from which a precious and high quality oil is obtained.

Traces of its Roman origins are preserved in the characteristic narrow streets of the village, among which the walls, the ancient entrance gate to the “Villa of mosaics”, a monumental Roman complex with polychrome mosaic carpets of remarkable beauty.
